Telemedicine · Kiosk · AI

Telemedicine with a real physical exam.

A telemedicine platform that does what other telemedicine can't: a physical examination at distance. Patients meet their doctor over encrypted video — and use a medical kiosk with eight FDA-graded instruments to take their own vitals, imaging and auscultation while the doctor watches live.

01 Patient apps · iOS & Android

Book, pay, join — from any device.

Native iOS and Android apps for patient scheduling, payments and the consultation itself. Patients can see their doctor in under 60 seconds of opening the app.

  • Native Swift and Kotlin apps with shared design system
  • Same-day scheduling with live clinician availability
  • Saved payment methods, insurance capture and receipting
  • Push notifications, reminders, and one-tap join for visits
02 Doctor companion · iPad

Everything a clinician needs, on one screen.

A dedicated iPad app for doctors — their calendar, case queue, live vitals from the kiosk, video feed, and an AI scribe drafting notes as they talk. Designed to cut charting time in half.

  • Real-time view of kiosk vitals and instrument imaging
  • Schedule management with last-minute slot release
  • Prescription drafting and e-signature for controlled substances
  • Auto-generated SOAP notes that the doctor approves or edits

03 Encrypted video

Low-latency, HIPAA-compliant consultations.

In-house video stack with selective forwarding for reliability across shaky connections — plus encrypted recording, screen share for imaging, and automatic transcription.

  • WebRTC with SFU fallback for low-bandwidth conditions
  • End-to-end encrypted session recording (patient-consented)
  • Live captions and transcription into the chart
  • Device failover: if the kiosk drops, video continues on phone
The medical kiosk

A full examination room. In a box.

Video alone isn't medicine. The kiosk pairs a real doctor visit with a real physical exam — live vitals, auscultation, imaging — all captured by FDA-graded peripherals and streamed to the doctor while they're on the call.

Kiosk-01 · Connected · Live vitals

Eight instruments, one screen, one session.

Each peripheral streams to the doctor's iPad in real time. They see what the patient sees, hear what the stethoscope picks up, and make notes while the camera captures ear or throat imagery.

05 AI integration

An AI that listens, drafts and flags — it doesn't prescribe.

We built an AI layer that sits behind the consultation: real-time transcription, SOAP-note drafting, symptom triage before the visit, and anomaly flagging on vitals. The doctor stays in charge of every clinical decision — the AI saves them the typing.

  • Pre-visit symptom triage with handoff to appropriate specialist
  • Live SOAP-note generation from video + vitals, with doctor approval
  • Vitals anomaly detection (BP spikes, low SpO₂, arrhythmia)
  • Coding assist for ICD-10 / CPT with explanation for each code
  • Prescription safety checks against patient history and allergies
  • All local-first where possible — PHI never leaves your infra
